HYDR'AM Hydraulic Cutters

In 1996 Hi-Press Hydraulics Ltd opened the Cumbria branch, primarily to service the local area, but specialising in the nuclear market. The branch offers in depth hydraulic knowledge, particularly in the field of cutting equipment. We have in stock various cutting tools, that can be used for demonstration purposes. Customers can observe sample material being cut onsite or video footage can be taken and then mailed back on a CD.

Hydr'am produce a range of cutters that come as standard with a ‘deadmans’ handle. Hi-Press Hydraulics Ltd have over the last 10 years modified these units for remote use, manipulator applications and jobs where a compatible fluid is necessary because of the working environment.

With scissor cutters capable of cutting 10-60 mm stainless steel tube to plate cutters for 8 mm stainless steel plate and above we have a tool to suit your needs.

Decommissioning tools. These cutters also have a `grab` facility to hold off cut or steady, during operation. Certain models allow the head to rotate in relation to the grab. Ideal for manipulator use.
